I’m looking for a vet with a little experience for a lovely practice in the Macclesfield area just 30 minutes’ drive from Manchester airport but close enough to enjoy the outdoors in the Peak District.

The successful candidate will be joining a progressive, enthusiastic and growing team in a practice with excellent first opinion facilities including a well-equipped operating theatre with digital x-ray.  You’ll be supported by 3 experienced RVNS.  Cases are worked up to a high standard and the work pattern allows ample time for more complex cases to be worked up.  The practice pride themselves on offering the best care possible for their patients with engaged client consent.  This practice looks and feel very independent, whilst enjoying the benefits of investment & support from the group they belong to.

The right candidate for this role will have a good mix of clinical skills, communication skills and remaining calm under pressure.  There will be some periods of sole charge.

Full time permanent position, 4 day working week and Saturday mornings on a shared rota.  No on call/OOHs.
