This is an exciting opportunity for RVNs to join this new independent practice in the North West, a short commute from Warrington.

My client is committed to creating a practice where their nursing team is genuinely valued and recognised for the expertise they bring. At the practice, the RVNs lead nurse clinics, support clients through education, and play an integral role in shaping the care provided every day. RVNs will be empowered and trusted to make a real difference here.

This practice is different! With a subscription-based model you’ll enjoy better client relationships – money need never be discussed, so no awkward conversations and less admin. You’ll also have proper input to how the practice works and what changes can be made

The successful RVNs to join this new venture will get involved with all aspects of nursing, including theatre, stock management and a full range of nurse led clinics. There’s also an emphasis on client education, particularly surrounding the subscription-based model and how it works.

You’ll be a confident RVN looking for something new, but perhaps you’re not sure what. Well, this is it! You’ll have clinical confidence, be great with people with a warm reassuring personality. Ideally, you’ll have a few years of post-qualified experience under your belt too.

This is a full-time position with hours, shift patterns etc to be confirmed shortly. There is no expectation there will be any OOHs/nights at this stage.

Competitive salary starting at £36k DOE (yes, you read that correctly!) with CPD support, RCVS fees paid
