Permanent Small Animal Vet – West Of Scotland Ref 783

Opportunity for a small animal vet to join this lovely independent practice to the west of Glasgow and ultimately join the business. The right candidate for this role will love working as part of a small team in a first opinion practice that puts patient care and customer service above all else!

My client runs a lovely practice with a loyal and growing client base built around word of mouth recommendations. The practice are proud to be part of and serve their local community.

The practice are 100% small animal, mainly dogs and cats but with an increasing rabbit caseload. The practice has ISFM cat-friendly accredited, silver status and have a good range of diagnostic equipment available.  The practice owner is happy to consider investing in further equipment if required.

The successful candidate for this role will love working as part of a small team but be confident enough for some periods of sole charge. My client is somewhat flexible on hours three to four days per week ideally. The practice don’t open on a Sunday and there are no OOHs/on call.  There is an opportunity to join the business in due course for the right candidate if they have the desire and drive. There is huge scope to develop services in the practice such as more advanced imaging or orthopaedic surgery. Essentially if someone has an area of particular interest there would be a great client base to develop it.

Salary based on experience. My client is flexible and happy to have a chat with suitable candidates to agree what days and hours can work for you.
